Service Description

This program is designed to enhance athletes speed, in both acceleration and max velocity. Also there will be a huge emphasis on lateral movement, our goal as a staff is to ensure that every athlete is moving more efficiently and will be able to go the distance for all four quarters and throughout the whole season.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are permitted to show up at the days appointments are booked. In the event a client decides not to show up that individual will still be responsible for the session they miss.
